Custom Architectural Wood Bending
We have the capabilities to bend various species of solid hardwood to custom radii and compound curves. Whether is for small chair parts or architectural millwork we can provide thick bent pieces that are stable and can be carved or flattened without worrying about exposing glue lines or substrates.
Rough bends up to 2” thick x 6” wide, 8’ long of bendable area. (longer if there are straight tangent sections)
Initial cost for mold creation (depends on radius.)
