Whether you need a one-off prototype or a steady production supply, our Baltimore shop has you covered. We're a furniture studio first, so we can take your parts from raw cut to finished piece.

Our 4' x 8' Panther router has an automatic tool changer and a vacuum hold-down bed. We can cuts at speeds up to 400 inches per minute, so machining times stay short and your costs stay down. Our setup has 10" of gantry clearance, it handles tall single-piece work that many shops can't. We cut solid wood, sheet goods, plastics, non-ferrous metals, and high-density foam.

  • Design and file creation: $100/hour (not needed if you supply ready-to-cut files)

  • CAM programming: from $200 per project

  • CNC run time: $200/hour

  • Minimum charge: $400 per job

  • 4th-axis machining: rotary index lathe parts up to 12" diameter x 96" long. Contact us for a quote.

  • Materials: billed separately. We can source material, or you can supply your own.

  • Finishing: sanding, cleanup, and finishing available.

We accept [DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, STEP, STL] files.

Turnaround and Terms

Standard lead time is 3 weeks from [deposit / full payment], and rush service is available. Prices do not include Maryland sales tax or cost of materials.

CNC Router Services

Custom Architectural Wood Bending

We bend many species of solid hardwood to custom radii and compound curves, from small chair parts to architectural millwork. Our bends are solid wood all the way through. Thick bent parts stay stable and can be carved or flattened without exposing glue lines or substrates.

  • Capacity: rough bends up to 2" thick x 6" wide, with 7' of bendable length (longer when the part has straight sections)

  • Molds: a one-time mold cost applies, priced by radius

  • Machining: we can CNC-machine and shape curved and irregular bent parts after bending. Ask about combining services.
