Custom Design Service

Our design service covers the custom work required for making a high fidelity scale 3 dimensional CAD (computer aided Design) model closely resembling how your actual piece will be made. In return for your loyalty for choosing Designed With Purpose after the design phase, we refund the cost of the design fee in the form of a deduction from the total Invoice. If you choose otherwise then you may keep a copy of the design, however the service fee will not be refunded, and Designed With Purpose has rights to use the designs for future builds.

Up to 2 different revision sessions of the same piece (prior to construction)

Although we always try our best on the first attempt, we know good design takes revisions. This is why we offer up to 2 revisions, totaling in 3 versions of your design. Requested revisions can be made via email, and we will update you as soon as we make the necessary changes. The link will be updated after each revision session.

Popular Revisions include:

Changes in: size of the overall piece, size/thickness of material, aesthetic design, wood species, adding more storage

The more information you can give us in the beginning the better chance we have of getting it right the first time. That’s why we have included a brief form that lays out the basic framework that we asses when creating new designs form scratch. Please fill this out to the best of your abilities when checking out.

We also encourage you to send any reference images either of your space, or someone else’s. Anything that showcases styles, aesthetics, finishes, furniture that interests you. All reference images can be sent to Designedwpurpose@gmail.com .
